I am proud to be serving West Sussex SEND and primary schools as well as local nurseries & pre-schools. Prior to recruiting, I enjoyed five years as a Primary Teacher at Billingshurst Primary School in both Key Stage 1 and 2.
My journey in education started ten years ago simply volunteering at Worthing Kids & Dapper Snapper – a weekly activities group for children with SEN aged 5 – 18. This opened the door to a role as a SEND Teaching Assistant at Palatine Primary School. I quickly found my calling; a passion working young people in education. I followed my experience studying for my Primary Education PGCE at the University of Brighton.
Other than education, I studied Theatre at the University of Chichester. I have always resided in towns around West Sussex and enjoy following the local non-league football teams. Last year, I became a lifetime season ticket holder at Worthing FC, so you know where to find me every other Saturday afternoon. I also run a local guinea pig grooming service and, yes, it is as fun as it sounds!
My favourite part of recruitment is getting to know people, finding out their goals and supporting them in finding a role that will take their career further. I’m very fortunate to love my job, and I want to help you feel the same way about your next role!
