A secondary school in Brighton is seeking an Unqualified STEM Teacher to join their team. No formal teaching experience is required—just a strong knowledge of a STEM subject and a desire to inspire young learners.
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons in STEM subjects (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Maths)
- Support students in developing their understanding and enthusiasm for STEM
- Assist with classroom behaviour management
- Work collaboratively with experienced teachers and support staff
- Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of different learners
- Opportunity to progress into long-term or permanent teaching roles
Requirements:
- Specialism in a STEM subject (degree or industry experience)
- Enthusiasm for education and working with young people
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- Teaching experience is desirable but not essential
