Trainee Tutor – Special Educational Needs

📍 Location: East Sussex
⏰ Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM (4:30 PM finish on Fridays)
📅 Term Time: Approx. 42 weeks per year
💰 Salary: Competitive, based on experience
📅 Probation Period: 6 months

Pink Tile Education is pleased to work with this fantastic specialist school in supporting Trainee Tutors who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs.

About the Role:

As a Trainee Tutor, you will:
✔️ Deliver 1:1 and small group teaching sessions using Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) techniques.
✔️ Provide personal care when required.
✔️ Support pupils during playtime, lunch, and extracurricular activities.
✔️ Collect and record progress data to help track student development.
✔️ Work as part of a dedicated team to provide behaviourally based instruction.
✔️ Engage in professional training, supervision, and performance reviews.
