Teaching Assistant – Immediate Start
Are you passionate about supporting young people in their education? We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Teaching Assistant to join a secondary school in Crawley.
The Role:
- Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Providing one-to-one or small group support to students who need additional help.
- Supporting classroom management and ensuring a positive learning environment.
- Helping with administrative tasks and preparing learning materials.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children or young people in any capacity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A valid DBS check on the update service.
- Up-to-date safeguarding training.
