About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide support across KS3 and KS4, assisting students in a range of subjects.
• Work closely with teachers to ensure lessons run smoothly and effectively.
• Support individual students and small groups to help them stay on track with their learning.
• Assist with classroom management and create a positive learning environment.
• Offer pastoral support, helping students with their social and emotional well-being.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A DBS on the update service.
• Up-to-date safeguarding training.
• Experience working with children or young people in an educational or similar setting is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
