Teaching Assistant – Lower School
Full-Time | Immediate Start | £84 per day

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our unique and innovative school, known for its project-based learning approach. This full-time role focuses on supporting students in the lower school, where young learners are inspired to explore, discover, and thrive in a dynamic educational environment.

About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant in the lower school, you will work closely with classroom teachers to deliver engaging lessons and activities tailored to young learners. Your responsibilities will include supporting small group work, assisting individual students to reach their potential, and contributing to the planning and organization of creative, hands-on learning experiences. You will play a key role in fostering a positive, safe, and inclusive atmosphere where children feel excited and motivated to learn.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience working with young children in a school setting is preferred.
  • A current DBS on the update service and up-to-date safeguarding training.
  • A caring, enthusiastic, and adaptable individual who is passionate about early childhood education.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a desire to support and inspire young learners.
