Teaching Assistant – Upper School
Full-Time | Immediate Start | £84 per day

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic upper school team. This full-time position offers the chance to work in a unique educational environment that prioritizes project-based and experiential learning.

About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant in the upper school, you will support students across a range of subjects, helping to deliver engaging lessons and hands-on projects. Your role will involve working with small groups and individual students to reinforce learning, manage classroom activities, and foster a positive, inclusive environment. You’ll collaborate with teachers to plan and facilitate creative and meaningful educational experiences that prepare students for success in and out of the classroom.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with older students in a school setting is desirable.
• A current DBS on the update service and up-to-date safeguarding training.
• An enthusiastic and adaptable approach, with a passion for working with young people.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage students.
