Location: Crawley | Part-Time (3 Days Per Week) | Starting January 2025

This part-time role, working three days per week, begins in January 2025 and offers the opportunity to support students’ academic and pastoral development in a supportive and inclusive environment.

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant in the primary phase, you will:

• Support the learning and development of young pupils in the classroom.
• Assist teachers in creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Provide pastoral care, helping students feel safe, supported, and ready to learn.
• Work closely with pupils to build their confidence and foster a love for learning.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A DBS on the update service.
• Up-to-date safeguarding training.
• A passion for working with young children and supporting their growth.

Pay

This part-time position offers a daily rate of £84 per day.
