Teaching Assistant Roles Available

Salary: £21,000 – £22,500 FTE based on 36 hours over 52 weeks

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our team. You will support students aged 5-19 with severe social communication difficulties and complex learning disabilities, including autism and challenging behaviours. Your role will help them achieve independence and prepare for life beyond school or college.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with teaching core skills and life skills

  • Work with small groups or individual students

  • Use multi-sensory communication methods

  • Provide support during challenging moments

  • Participate in training and mentoring programs
