We are currently seeking a Teaching Assistant to work collaboratively with staff and students, providing essential support to ensure every learner thrives.
Role Description:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide one-to-one or small-group support for students with diverse learning needs.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Prepare and organize classroom materials and resources.
- Promote a positive and respectful classroom environment.
- Supervise students during non-classroom activities such as breaks or lunchtime.
- Support the social and emotional well-being of students.
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and staff to help students meet their learning objectives.
Requirements:
- A current Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
- Up-to-date safeguarding training.
- Experience working with young people, ideally in an educational setting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A proactive, patient, and adaptable approach to student support.
Salary Range: £84 – £90 per day (depending on experience and qualifications).
