About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support students in accessing the curriculum, both in and out of the classroom.
  • Work closely with teachers to provide tailored interventions and one-on-one support where needed.
  • Help create an engaging and inclusive learning environment for all students.
  • Play a key role in supporting the social and emotional well-being of students.

Requirements:

  • A current DBS certificate registered on the update service.
  • Up-to-date safeguarding training.
  • A proactive and compassionate approach to supporting young people.
  • Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting is desirable.
