Key Responsibilities: As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing one-on-one support to students, helping them access the curriculum and reach their full potential.
Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to create and implement individualized learning plans.
Creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where all students feel valued and supported.
Assisting with the development of resources and activities tailored to meet the specific needs of students with SEND.
Monitoring and reporting on student progress, communicating effectively with parents and caregivers.

Qualifications:

Relevant experience working with students with special educational needs and disabilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting diverse learning needs.
Relevant qualifications in education or special education (desired but not essential).
