Position Overview:

As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will be a key support figure for students with diverse needs, ensuring they receive personalized assistance and guidance for their educational and personal development. Joining a collaborative team of educators, you will contribute to fostering an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support to students with special needs.
• Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create a holistic support system.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of 6 months of experience working with children and young people is essential.
• Relevant qualifications or training in special education or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy and understanding of the diverse needs of students with special needs.
