Position Overview: As a full-time Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in the dynamic SEND department, working closely with a team dedicated to fostering excellence and inclusivity. Commencing in January 2024, this opportunity is perfect for an individual with at least 6 months of experience working with children and young people, eager to contribute to a supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the SEND department to support students with various special needs.
• Implement individualized education plans and strategies.
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Work closely with teaching staff to ensure students’ overall well-being and progress.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 6 months of experience working with children and young people.
• Passion for supporting students with special needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.
