✔ Provide targeted support to students with additional needs, helping them to access the curriculum.
✔ Work closely with the SENCO and teaching staff to implement learning strategies.
✔ Assist students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups to boost confidence and engagement.

✔ Experience working with young people with additional needs.
✔ A DBS on the update service and up-to-date safeguarding training.
