Job Title: Individual Needs Assistant (Year 4)
Hours: Full-time, 08:30 to 15:30
Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in the life of a child who faces emotional and social challenges? We are looking for a compassionate and empathetic Individual Needs Assistant to work 1:1 with a Year 4 girl who has Autism Spectrum Condition, Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs, and attachment challenges stemming from trauma. This role is based at an Outstanding Ofsted-rated primary school, offering a supportive and inclusive environment where you will help guide this child in both her personal development and academic progress
If you have experience in supporting children with mental health needs, a deep understanding of trauma, and a nurturing, patient approach, we would love to hear from you.
