About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a specialized educational setting in Littlehampton. In this rewarding role, you will:
- Work closely with students facing social, emotional, and mental health challenges.
- Provide academic and emotional support tailored to individual needs.
- Use your skills to manage and de-escalate challenging behavior, fostering a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to support students’ development and well-being.

- Individuals with experience supporting children or young people with SEND or SEMH needs.

Essential Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young people with SEMH or SEND.
- An enhanced DBS on the update service.
- Up-to-date safeguarding training.
