We are looking for a SEND Behaviour Support Assistant to work within a forward-thinking secondary school in Chichester. The school provides a calm and nurturing environment, with small-group learning spaces and a therapeutic approach to behaviour support. You will work closely with the SENCO, pastoral team, and external agencies to support students in overcoming barriers to learning.
