💰 Salary: Competitive, based on experience

About the Role:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and caring individual to support our students who face social, emotional, and mental health challenges. This is your opportunity to play a key role in helping young people reach their full potential, both academically and personally.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEMH needs
• Assist in creating and implementing individualised learning plans
• Help foster a positive and nurturing classroom environment
• Support students in managing emotions and behavior
• Work closely with teachers and other professionals to provide holistic support

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with young people (SEMH experience preferred, but not essential)
• A compassionate, patient, and understanding approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A commitment to helping students thrive academically and emotionally
