Are you a passionate and innovative Science Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a forward-thinking secondary school? Our client, a vibrant and progressive school in Crawley, is seeking a dedicated Science Teacher to join their dynamic Science Department from September 2024 for approximately one year.

The Role

As a Science Teacher at this school, you will:

  • Teach Science up to GCSE level: Deliver engaging and challenging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, preparing students for their GCSE examinations.
  • Inspire and motivate students: Use your enthusiasm and expertise to spark curiosity and a deeper understanding of scientific principles.
  • Collaborate with colleagues: Work within a supportive and forward-thinking Science Department, sharing best practices and contributing to the continuous improvement of teaching and learning.
  • Utilize modern resources: Leverage cutting-edge laboratory facilities and digital resources to enhance the learning experience.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • A current DBS on the update service
  • A strong passion for science education and a commitment to student success
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
