Immediate Opening for an Enthusiastic Maths Teacher in Woking!

Temporary until January 2025 – long-term considered. MPS. ASAP start.

Are you a talented and motivated science teacher ready to embark on a rewarding journey? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dedicated team starting as soon as possible! 

Students will be taught in a combination of small groups and 1:1. They will come together for whole-school enrichment where a sense of family and belonging will be nurtured. All students will follow a core curriculum, and this will be supplemented by a range of subjects which will enable students to thrive.

We have an experienced group of staff who want the very best for the students and put them at the centre of all that they do. We are creative and will strive to deliver a holistic programme of learning to provide students with the opportunity to find and harness their talents. We will access a range of community amenities and organisations to support this journey.

Position: Science Teacher – Secondary and Primary – Primary Teachers with a science background are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and comprehensive science lessons to a diverse group of students – KS2, KS3 and KS4.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment promoting academic growth and personal development.
  • Create and implement lesson plans tailored to meet the needs of students at various skill levels.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students, encouraging a love for literature and language.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Strong subject knowledge in Science.
  • Ability to create a stimulating and interactive classroom atmosphere.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience:

  • Previous experience teaching Science at the secondary level is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the UK curriculum and assessment processes.
  • Strong behaviour management skills
