The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining a productive learning environment when teaching staff are absent. You’ll work across a range of subjects, supervising classes, ensuring students are engaged with their learning materials, and promoting positive behaviour. This position is ideal for someone who is confident leading groups and managing classroom dynamics, with the added benefit of gaining valuable experience within an educational setting.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising students in lessons, following plans set by teachers
  • Managing classroom behaviour to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment
  • Assisting students with any questions related to their assignments
  • Upholding the school’s policies and values in the classroom
  • Working collaboratively with other staff members to support the school’s educational mission
 

Who We’re Looking For:
