Youth Worker (Residential, SEMH)
We are seeking a Youth Worker for our school, a mixed independent residential special school for children aged 9 -18 who receive an EHCP because they experience a range of social, emotional, and mental health difficulties or other associated difficulties.

Starting Salary: from £22,369.00 – £24’496 p.a.
Contract Type: Straight to Perm.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, term time only to include 3 evenings until 11 pm (excluding Friday) and 4 mornings. After 6 months, there will be up to three sleep-ins per week (bonus pay).
Experience is not essential, but a Level 3 NVQ in Children in the Workforce is hugely desirable and will affect the salary band you will start on. You must be a driver to apply due to the location and shift patterns of the residential.
