The Role:

As a Psychology graduate in the role of LSA, you will use your knowledge and skills to support students in their learning and development. You’ll work closely with teachers to provide tailored support, assist with classroom activities, and offer one-on-one guidance to students who need extra help. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a school setting, particularly if you’re considering a future career in educational psychology, teaching, or related fields.

Requirements:

• Must have a DBS on the Update Service.
• A minimum of 6 weeks’ experience working with children and young people.
• A Psychology degree or similar qualification.
• A strong desire to support students in their educational journey.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
