Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with children, a solid understanding of child development, and the ability to create a fun and educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote the development of children in accordance with the EYFS framework.
• Provide high-quality care and education, ensuring the individual needs of each child are met.
• Create a warm, welcoming, and stimulating environment where children feel safe and valued.
• Observe, assess, and record children’s progress, sharing insights with parents and colleagues.
• Foster positive relationships with parents and caregivers, offering regular communication and updates on their child’s development.
• Work collaboratively with the nursery team to ensure a cohesive approach to early years education.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the nursery setting.
• Adhere to all nursery policies and procedures, as well as external regulations and statutory requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in an early years setting.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• A positive, enthusiastic, and caring attitude.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
