Nursery Manager – Immediate Start – (Full time) – £30,000 – £40,000 Annually

Pink Tile are recruiting a Nursery Manager for an fantastic nursery in the Brighton and Hove area. We have an exciting opportunity for a friendly & enthusiastic Nursery Manager to join our client’s team.

Your new role:

You will be a natural leader that possesses excellent time management and people skills with the ability to lead a team using existing skills, and experience with a passion for learning. You will need strong leadership and management skills to ensure the setting can provide first-class childcare to children and families creating an enjoyable place for staff to work. You will need to have excellent customer service, delivering first-class customer service to families and children.

What you’ll need to succeed To be successful in this role you must;

• Minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education or equivalent

• Relevant experience managing a busy and dynamic children’s nursery

• Skills to manage a busy children’s nursery and ensure efficient and proper implementation of Ofsted’s Early Years Foundation Stage Statutory Framework and all associated requirements.

• Proven track record dealing with Ofsted and achieving high standards, reflected in Outstanding judgement.

• Understanding all aspects of nurserypliance i.e. staff ratios, health and safety, maintenance regulations and employment law.

Rates of pay:

£11.68 per hour minimum
