ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your expertise in professional childcare and child development. As Nursery Manager, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the nursery to maintain a joyful, nurturing, and safe environment where everyone is respected and their abilities and accomplishments are celebrated. You will also direct families to our other programmes, such as parenting assistance and counselling, and actively organise and provide learning experiences and activities to meet individual needs.

 

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone dedicated to delivering high-quality outcomes for children and families. You will have a minimum NVQ Level 3 in Childhood Studies and experience in a senior early years role, managing a room, team, or service. You should have professional experience working with children and families, demonstrating flexibility, dependability, and patience. Strong communication skills, an understanding of child development, safeguarding, and SEN requirements are essential. You will be resourceful and committed to continuous learning, bringing out the best in yourself and others.
