**Job Title: Teaching Assistant**
**Location: Crawley, Special Needs School**
**Salary: £84 per day**
Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM / Monday to Friday
 
*Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at a special needs school in Crawley. Our school supports children aged 2-19 with a variety of special educational needs. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with children and are eager to make a positive impact on their educational journey.
 
*Key Responsibilities:**
  • – Provide support to students with special needs, ensuring they receive the individualised attention they require.
  • – Assist teachers in implementing educational programs and activities tailored to each student’s needs.
  • – Help maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
  • – Support students with daily activities and personal care as needed.
  • – Encourage social interaction and development through engaging activities.
  • – Monitor and record students’ progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
*Requirements:**
  • Personal or professional experience with special educational needs is preferred.
  • – Resilience and a strong passion for working with children with special needs.
  • – A desire to gain experience in the field and an openness to opportunities for career progression.
  • – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • – Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
