Safeguarding Training: Up to date safeguarding training required

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to join our esteemed faculty from September 2024. As a Mathematics Teacher at our school, you will have the exciting opportunity to inspire and educate students across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential for involvement at Key Stage 5. This full-time role offers the chance to contribute to a collaborative team committed to shaping the next generation of mathematicians.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons to students at Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential involvement at Key Stage 5.
• Create a supportive and stimulating learning environment that promotes mathematical inquiry and problem-solving skills.
• Differentiate instruction to accommodate the diverse needs of students, fostering inclusivity and academic success for all.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their mathematical development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Mathematics curriculum and participate in school-wide initiatives.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential.
• Enhanced DBS clearance on the Update Service.
• Up to date safeguarding training.
• Strong subject knowledge and passion for Mathematics education.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and inspire students of all abilities.
