About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to children with complex needs, helping them to reach their full potential.
Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment.
Assist with classroom management and the preparation of learning materials.
Collaborate with the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) and other staff to implement personalised learning plans.

Some experience working with children with complex needs.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
