We are currently seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to join a highly regarded secondary school in Worthing. This role is perfect for individuals who want the flexibility of choosing between daily cover assignments or longer-term placements while making a significant difference in a mainstream school setting.

What the Role Entails:

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, providing them with tailored support to help them succeed within a mainstream classroom environment. You will assist with their learning activities, offer one-on-one support, and help to create an inclusive and positive atmosphere that meets each learner’s unique needs. Your role is vital in ensuring that SEND learners have the opportunity to achieve their full potential alongside their peers.

Requirements:
