Are you passionate about supporting young people in their education? A fantastic secondary school in Haywards Heath is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team.
As an LSA, you will:
✔ Provide tailored support to students in the classroom, helping to remove learning barriers.
✔ Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
✔ Work with students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups to improve confidence and attainment.
✔ Support students with additional learning needs to ensure they thrive academically and socially.
✔ Experience working with young people in an educational or similar setting (minimum 6 weeks).
✔ A DBS on the update service and up-to-date safeguarding training.
✔ A proactive and compassionate approach to student support.
