💼 About the Role:

As a full-time Learning Support Assistant at our SEND school, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the unique needs of our students. Working alongside our experienced staff, you will provide personalized assistance within the classroom, ensuring that students receive the support necessary for their development and well-being. This role offers a Monday to Friday schedule, term time only, providing you with a healthy work-life balance. The pay begins at £76 per day.

💪 Desired Experience:

We value a diverse range of experiences in our Learning Support Assistants and welcome applicants with various backgrounds. While prior experience in a similar role is desirable, we encourage individuals who are new to the profession and looking to begin their careers as Learning Support Assistants to apply. Desired experience includes:

Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant /Teaching Assistant or working in a special educational needs setting.
Experience in care, childminding, nursery roles, or other childcare-related positions.
Volunteering or mentoring experience with young people, showcasing your passion for supporting and inspiring their growth.
Knowledge of and familiarity with specific learning difficulties, such as autism, ADHD, or speech and language impairments.
