Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – Upper School
Full-Time | Immediate Start | £120-£130 per day

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our innovative and forward-thinking school, specializing in providing a dynamic, project-based learning environment. This full-time role is focused on supporting the upper school, where students are encouraged to engage deeply with creative, academic, and practical subjects.

About the Role:
As a HLTA in the upper school, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the educational experience of our students. You will work closely with teaching staff to deliver engaging lessons, provide high-quality support to students, and contribute to the planning and delivery of the school’s unique curriculum. This role requires flexibility, initiative, and a passion for student development. You will also be responsible for leading small group sessions, covering lessons when necessary, and assisting with student assessments.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience working as a HLTA or in a similar educational support role.
• A current DBS on the update service and up-to-date safeguarding training.
• A proactive, creative, and enthusiastic individual committed to student success.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both staff and students.
