About the Role

We are seeking a committed and skilled HLTA to work with students with SEND, providing the tailored support they need to succeed. In this role, you will collaborate closely with teachers and staff to deliver effective interventions and foster a nurturing learning environment.

What You’ll Need

• Experience: Previous experience as an HLTA, especially in supporting students with SEND, is essential.
• Safeguarding Commitment: A valid DBS on the update service (or a willingness to obtain one) and children’s safeguarding training (or a readiness to complete it) are required.
• Passion and Adaptability: A dedication to empowering students with SEND and the ability to adapt your approach to meet their unique needs.
