Salary: £89 a day

We are looking for a passionate and caring Learning Support Assistant to join our team and help us continue to provide an exceptional educational experience for our students.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide support to students with special educational needs (SEN) 
• Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
• Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Support students in developing their social and academic skills.
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure each child’s needs are met.
• Monitor and report on student progress.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
• Understanding of SEN and strategies to support students with diverse needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
• Relevant qualifications or training in education or child development (preferred but not essential).
• Have or willing to acquire a Dbs on the update service
