Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and adaptable Supply Primary Teacher to join our team and cover classes across various year groups. However if you do prefer a certain year group where your experience lies, do let us know. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced teachers or newly qualified teachers who are looking for flexibility in their work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons, following the school’s curriculum and policies.
Maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment, encouraging student participation and development.
Work effectively with teaching assistants and other staff to ensure all students’ needs are met.
Manage classroom behavior in line with the school’s behavior policy.
Ensure effective communication with staff and parents regarding students’ progress and any issues.
Be flexible and adapt to the specific needs of different classes and teachers.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualified teachers with QTS (or equivalent).
Experience teaching in a primary school setting, though NQTs are also encouraged to apply.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different learning environments.
A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A flexible approach to teaching.
