Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and adaptable Supply Primary Teacher to join our team and cover classes across various year groups. However if you do prefer a certain year group where your experience lies, do let us know. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced teachers or newly qualified teachers who are looking for flexibility in their work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons, following the school’s curriculum and policies.
  • Maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment, encouraging student participation and development.
  • Work effectively with teaching assistants and other staff to ensure all students’ needs are met.
  • Manage classroom behavior in line with the school’s behavior policy.
  • Ensure effective communication with staff and parents regarding students’ progress and any issues.
  • Be flexible and adapt to the specific needs of different classes and teachers.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified teachers with QTS (or equivalent).
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting, though NQTs are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different learning environments.
  • A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A flexible approach to teaching.
