EYFS Teaching Assistant | Full-Time | Crawley

Are you passionate about supporting early years education? Do you have experience working with young children and want to make a difference in their learning journey?

We are seeking a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary team in Crawley. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, offering a pay rate of £84 per day.

The Role:

• Supporting children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Assisting with classroom activities and play-based learning
• Providing one-to-one and small group support
• Helping to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Up-to-date safeguarding training
• At least 6 weeks of experience working with children or young people
• A patient, nurturing, and proactive approach to early years education
