Position: Teaching Assistant Location: Horley Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent Working Hours: 37 hours per week, term time only including INSET days

Key Responsibilities:
Support the learning and development of pupils with SEND and SEMH needs
Assist in implementing tailored learning plans and activities
Provide one-on-one and small group support to help children achieve their goals
Foster a positive and engaging classroom environment
Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure each child’s needs are met
Implement strategies to manage and support challenging behaviours effectively
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with children with SEND and SEMH needs
A positive and enthusiastic attitude
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of our students
A commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Relevant qualifications (Level 2 or 3) and a solid understanding of trauma-informed practices
