Day to day:
- Teaching English to KS3 & KS4 students
- Planning and delivering dynamic lessons that foster a love for reading, writing, and communication
- Supporting student progress and encouraging critical thinking and creativity
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a productive learning space
About you:
- QTS is preferred, though applicants with a strong academic background in English and experience teaching or coaching secondary school students are encouraged to apply
- Confident in delivering English lessons and supporting student achievement
- Strong behaviour management skills and classroom presence
- DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
- Passionate about education and making a positive impact on young people
