Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential opportunities at Key Stage 5.
- Inspire and encourage students to develop confidence and proficiency in both literature and language.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate a diverse range of learning needs.

The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold QTS, a PGCE, or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Have experience teaching English at the secondary level.
- Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging, student-centred lessons.
- Possess strong classroom management skills and set high expectations for all students.
- Hold a DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
