About the Role:
As an English Intervention Specialist, you will:

• Provide targeted support to students who need additional help with their English skills.
• Work in small groups or one-on-one settings to improve literacy, comprehension, and overall academic performance.
• Collaborate with teachers to create tailored intervention plans that address individual learning needs.
• Track and assess student progress, ensuring measurable improvements over time.

Key Details:

• Start Date: Flexible to suit the right candidate.
• Pay: £95 per day.
• Location: Worthing.

Requirements:

• A degree or equivalent qualification in English or a related field.
• A valid DBS on the update service.
• A genuine passion for supporting student learning and achievement.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
