Our client, a vibrant and welcoming primary school in Worthing, is seeking an exceptional individual to join their team as a full-time Nursery Practitioner.

About the Role: As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the early development of young children in a nurturing and stimulating environment. You will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality care and educational experiences, ensuring each child’s individual needs are met.

Key Requirements:

• Level 3 Qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
• Up-to-date Safeguarding Training is essential.
• A passion for working with children and a commitment to their well-being and development.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
