Join our team at this established school in Crawley! We’re seeking a dedicated Director of Learning; Behaviour Therapy to enhance the inclusive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead therapeutic behavior interventions for whole-school inclusion.
- Collaborate with staff and learning communities for effective behavior management.
- Design, adapt, and deliver interventions tailored to individuals.
- Train and lead staff in delivering Quality First Teaching.
- Contribute to whole-school planning, review, and decision-making.
- Act as the school’s expert in behavior therapy and management.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status with a good honors degree.
- Proven success in promoting positive behavior management.
- Experience in teaching across all key stages (KS3, KS4).
- Knowledge of inclusive practice, SEND Code of Practice, and diagnostic tests.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
