Position Overview: We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our cover team as Cover Teachers. As a Cover Teacher, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning by delivering pre-prepared lessons across various subject areas and year groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons to secondary school students in the absence of regular teachers.
• Maintain a positive and productive learning environment conducive to student engagement and achievement.
• Implement school policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of students.
• Collaborate with colleagues and school staff to support the smooth running of the cover team.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified teachers, cover supervisors, or individuals with relevant experience in education are encouraged to apply.
• Experience working with secondary school students is advantageous.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
