As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring continuity of learning during teacher absences, helping students stay on track.

What You’ll Do:
We’re looking for motivated individuals to:

• Supervise classes and guide students through their lessons in the absence of their regular teachers.
• Keep students focused and engaged with their work.
• Maintain a calm, structured, and productive classroom environment.
• Offer general support to students and encourage a positive attitude toward learning.
• Follow lesson plans provided, ensuring smooth progress for all learners.

What We’re Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• A valid DBS certificate on the update service (essential).
• Current safeguarding training.
• Strong communication skills and confidence managing groups of students.
• A genuine interest in education and helping young people achieve their potential.
• Experience working with children or in a school setting (preferred but not mandatory).
