The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and reliable Cover Supervisor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be someone who offers inspirational and caring guidance to young people, works collaboratively, asks questions, and is keen to learn.

Responsibilities

• Supervising classes during teacher absences
• Managing pupil behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment
• Supporting pupils with their academic and pastoral needs
• Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning

Hours

• 40 hours per week, with some flexibility regarding hours
