We are a vibrant and welcoming primary school located in Billingshurst, dedicated to providing a supportive and engaging learning environment for our students. We are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team on an adhoc basis.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task with pre-set work.
- Maintain a positive and orderly classroom environment.
- Support students’ learning and address any questions they may have about the tasks.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during lessons.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role or working with children is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Qualified and unqualified considered
- DBS on the update service
