What We’re Looking For
We are looking for passionate individuals who can:
- Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged and productive.
- Create a calm, supportive, and focused learning environment.
- Assist with the delivery of lesson plans and support students’ learning progress.
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive atmosphere for learning.
- Provide encouragement and support to students as they work independently.
Essential Requirements
- DBS certificate on the update service (this is essential).
- Up-to-date safeguarding training.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
- A genuine passion for supporting students in their educational journey.
- Experience working with young people or in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
