A large, well-established secondary school in Haywards Heath is looking for confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors to support with daily lesson cover. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience in a supportive and well-structured school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing classrooms and ensuring students remain engaged in set tasks
• Delivering pre-planned lesson materials in the teacher’s absence
• Building positive relationships with students across various subjects and year groups
• Supporting behaviour management and maintaining a focused learning environment

Requirements:

✅ DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain)
✅ Strong communication and classroom management skills
✅ Previous experience working with young people (e.g., tutoring, coaching, or youth work)
